1 · Right of Withdrawal (statutory)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and the production of which is governed by an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which can deteriorate or expire rapidly.
2 · 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Creator-Code Orders

Scope
This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary additional commitment by HolyFat UG (haftungsbeschränkt) within the meaning of § 443 BGB (German civil code). It applies exclusively to orders for which a valid Creator Code was entered and accepted by the system at checkout.
The guarantee covers the full purchase price of the products acquired in the relevant order, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
The guarantee is available to private consumers with a delivery address in the countries to which HolyFat regularly ships. Resellers and commercial buyers are excluded.
Guarantee period
The guarantee may be invoked within 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.
What the guarantee covers
Within the guarantee period, you may return the products received in the relevant order and we will refund the full purchase price together with the original shipping costs — without giving any reason, without follow-up questions and without discussion. This guarantee applies even if the seal on the products has been removed and the products have been opened or partly used.
How to claim
- Inform us within the 30-day period by email to info@holyfat.net or via the return form we provide on request. An informal message stating your order number is sufficient.
- Return the goods to the address above within 14 days after notifying us.
- We will refund the full purchase price and the original shipping costs without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods, using the same payment method as used for the original order.
Relationship to your statutory rights
This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary offer. Your statutory rights as a consumer — in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal described above and your statutory rights in case of defects (warranty under §§ 437 ff. BGB) — are neither restricted nor replaced by this guarantee. You may choose which right you wish to invoke; the guarantee goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal in both duration and in accepting opened products.
Exclusions
- The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and product.
- In the event of manifest abuse (in particular, repeated returns across multiple orders without an apparent end-consumer purpose) we reserve the right to refuse the guarantee. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
